This meditation will support True Health Pillars #1 and #4 by creating a health and relaxed nervous system and a calm mind. This meditation can be used to help you fall asleep or can be used to calm your mind while you are awake. Ideally listening to the full 64 minutes (tracks one and two consecutively) 3-4 times per week for best results.
