These 7 health myths are prevalent in today's society in one form or another. Some of them are easy to see through with a little thought and some require much more introspection. In today's health decline, we must be willing to examine our belief systems. Our belief systems are the most important things that determine our behavior. Unfortunately our beliefs are often not conscious, they are a conglomeration of things we have heard from others, seen over and over in the media, and things we simply accept as the truth.

Examine your beliefs, make sure you truly understand why you believe what you believe. If you can believe that which is true, your health and your life will be forever changed.
